My name is Anabel Cramton, LCSW, and I became a therapist because I genuinely love helping people who have been through hard things and want life to feel lighter, clearer, and more connected again.

I love the moment when someone realizes they don’t have to carry everything alone.
I love watching the relief, the softening, the hope coming back.
And I love seeing how your healing naturally spreads—to your marriage, your children, your friendships, your faith, and your community.

My work is deeply relational. I listen carefully. I ask thoughtful questions. I pay attention to what’s spoken and what’s underneath. And I bring a warm mix of professional training, intuition, and faith to help you find your way forward.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have specialized training in supporting adults through:
